TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE BOOKED, PLEASE BE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR PROCEDURE TO BOOK.

 

  • YOUR DEPOSIT WILL MOVE WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU CHOOSE TO RESCHEDULE MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

  • IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT AND YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW DEPOSIT.

 

  • IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, OR DON'T HAVE A PHYSICAL COPY OF YOUR ID YOUR SPOT AND DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT. BE SURE TO COME PREPARED!

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • To help ensure people show up for their appointment, in order to book you will be asked to supply a deposit. This will go towards the total amount for the date of the procedure. It is NON REFUNDABLE once booked to ensure only serious inquires are booked.

  • If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the deposit will be moved with the appointment if it is earlier than 24 hours before. If it it cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeit and you will need a new deposit to make a new appointment.

  • If circumstances are extraneous, please contact me ASAP so we can arrange a new time for you.

APPOINTMENTS ARE PRIORITY

  • Appointments are very strongly encouraged, as walk ins are not guaranteed to be served. To schedule an appointment, you can fill out the form via square. All relevant information can be found on the booking page ((link coming soon))

  • Please do NOT inquire across multiple platforms. Trying to inquire across multiple platforms just clogs up my inbox and makes more work for me. Please only inquire if you have questions or trouble filling out the request forms.

CONSENT FORM

  • These forms are kept for 3 years and then destroyed.

NO CALL NO SHOW

  • No-Call No-Show will be applied to persons who:

    • Cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the date of the appointment

    • Are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment

    • Show up to their appointment without proper identification

​

  • The deposit is non refundable and non-transferable if you are deemed a no-call no-show or ill prepared. This is to pay for the time I am missing from not having someone to work on. Unfortunately it barely covers the cost of the lost time.

​

  • If you need to reschedule for any reason please be sure to through the link you receive via text or message me directly if you have any trouble. The sooner you let me know the better, especially if you're running late!

SERVICE FEE COST

  • Please note that jewelry is a SEPERATE charge from the service fee. Service fees are part of your total cost for the procedure. Piercing fees do NOT include your jewelry cost - that is separate. This is charged as your deposit for the appointment.

  • Prices are subject to change at anytime.

  • Any quoted price for jewelry is good for (7) days. After that, you may need to be re-quoted for any items or services depending on if there have been any changes to operations.

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

  • ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to health concerns, we CANNOT accept any returns for any reason, even if they do not fit you correctly.

  • All jewelry sales will be final once the product is sold. Please be sure you are receiving the correct size. It is encouraged to have me install the jewelry for you to avoid buying the incorrect jewelry size or gauge.

  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ME INSTALL IT FOR YOU, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF IT DOESN'T FIT. I CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS DUE TO HYGENIC NATURE OF OUR BUISNESS. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO HAVE IT INSTALLED TO REDUCE RISK OF IMPROPERLY SIZED JEWELRY.

  • if you leave the shop and buy incorrect jewelry, we cannot take it back for sanitary reasons, and must sell you a new one. Please keep this in mind when purchasing jewelry!
     

  • NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

JEWELRY DAMAGE OR LOSS

  • While I pride myself on quality, it is still ultimately up to the client to ensure their jewelry stays in once they leave the studio. It is incredibly important to be aware of it, and be sure to tighten and check it every so often. Should you have any problem, please bring it to my attention ASAP.
     

  • I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PIECES. ONCE A PIECE HAS BEEN INSTALLED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Downsize & Piercing Damage

  • If you are instructed to downsize, it is your responsibility to book a new appointment to have a downsize completed.
     

  • If the piercing channel becomes damaged due to client negligence or failure to downsize, the client will be charged for a new procedure if they need to re-pierce.

Re-piercing and Re-Using Jewelry

  • If a piercing has to be redone for any reason, you may bring back the top end and I can re-use that, with a potential re-processing fee (situational). You will need to purchase a new post, to discourage any potential damage if the post itself has been scratched or otherwise.

  • I cannot use any outside jewelry for fresh piercing, even if quality, only jewelry that was purchased directly from me at the NEW studio (old studio jewelry does not meet my quality standard)
